I had three doors installed on a new garage and previously had one on a shed last year Adam‘s door does a excellent job communicating in the entire process which makes the experience a good one I did get two other quotes from competition. One quote was double Adam‘s door and the other one I just didn’t like them. Unfortunately, I’m done building buildings so I won’t be getting any more Adam‘s door, but if I were to build another building that required a door, Adams would get my business. He was able to explain more, that if they don't have calls, they pull drivers, which makes sense and wouldn't have been able to service the call that afternoon. Had that been explained other than stating since it was warranty call they wouldn't send someone immediately, would have clarified. It is understandable to not have technicians out in the field just waiting for calls. Tom was sincere and appreciative of the feedback, providing his personal number for future concerns. Installed opener and 4 days later stopped working. Initially said would have a tech out this afternoon then Misha called and Informed since it was warranty issue wouldn’t come out at 3:30 in the afternoon and would need to come the next day. Despite inconvenience and requiring rescheduling our day.
