All of our torsion spring replacements are covered by a one-year labor warranty beginning on the date of your service, which covers defects in material or workmanship. The spring itself has a three-year warranty.

Most operators actually don’t have a reset button on them. However, unplugging the unit and waiting 60 seconds before plugging back in does occasionally work. This process allows the internal computer chip to re-cycle itself.
